If so, Rotageek is looking for a driven and ambitious sales professional with a proven track record of generating enterprise accounts opportunities to join our team.
You will be responsible for developing new business in our Retail, Hospitality, & Healthcare focused markets. You will do this by understanding the needs of prospects and arranging qualified appointments for your Account Executive Sales team. Rotageek is a fast-growing start-up based in London and Melbourne. We help businesses perfectly predict and meet demand by using data-driven tech to effectively and fairly schedule staff. We use personalised algorithms and machine learning to identify patterns that would otherwise go unnoticed -providing best-in-class business forecasting and workforce management. Rotageek specialises in delivering this technology to enterprise accounts, and we are lucky enough to count the following global brands as customers, Pret A Manger, O2 and Sephora to name a few!..and continue to add logos to our customer base!
Key Responsibilities:

Pursue suspects in targeted Retail, Hospitality, Real Estate, Entertainment & Leisure and Healthcare accounts to surface current WFM problems they are experiencing and aspirations

Engage with and qualify MQLs through outbound communication (email, social & phone) to initiate conversation and schedule Sales Discovery meetings for the sales team

Execute highly personalised, impactful and value-adding outreach campaigns targeting key decision-makers to initiate a conversation that leads to a complex sales cycle

Ensuring that the sales processes are followed, and internal systems are updated accordingly

Management of inbounds leads and following up on partner leads as and when required

Work with our Sales & Marketing team to identify other opportunities to enhance our brand

Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of our solutions and services by working closely with Product, Customer Success and the Sales Team

Achieve and consistently exceed monthly lead generation goals.

Proficiently utilise Salesforce and Salesloft with the current architecture and guidelines and maintain a clean and up-to-date book of record.
Ideal fit:

Experience with Outbound prospecting
-
Minimum of 6-9 months of SDR/BDR experience in a SaaS or technology business
-
Must demonstrate a desire to learn, embrace new concepts, and be passionate about leveraging the phone, email, and social selling to drive opportunity

Resourcefulness, initiative and passion for working in an effective and self-guided manner in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills

You are ambitious, self-driven and results-oriented

Knowledge of the WFM industry is a plus
Experience selling into enterprise-level Retail and/or Healthcare firms a plus
